Gulmarg Ski & Snow Adventure

Nestled in the Pir Panjal range of the western Himalayas in Jammu & Kashmir, Gulmarg (meaning “Meadow of Flowers”) transforms into India’s premier winter wonderland from December through April.

Gulmarg is world-renowned as a premier skiing destination, featuring some of the highest groomed slopes and deepest powder snow in the Himalayas.

Sample Itinerary Breakdown

(5 Days / 4 Nights)

  • Airport pickup and transfer to the hotel.

  • Hotel check-in and leisure time.

  • Visit Dal Lake, Boulevard Road and the local market, depending on arrival time.

  • Overnight stay in Srinagar.

  • Breakfast at the hotel.

  • Visit the Mughal Gardens, such as Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh, subject to seasonal opening.

  • Enjoy a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, if desired.

  • Prepare for the transfer to Gulmarg.

  • Overnight stay in Gulmarg.

  • After breakfast our ski instructor will take you to slope for skiing.

  • Beginner ski lesson covering balance, basic movement, stopping and safe falling.

  • Ski equipment provided as agreed in the package.

  • Overnight stay in Gulmarg.

  • Breakfast at the hotel.

  • Continue skiing with the instructor and practise skills learned on Day 3.

  • Ski on suitable beginner slopes, depending on snow conditions and instructor guidance.

  • Return to the Srinagar and enjoy the evening at leisure.

  • Overnight stay in Srinagar.

  • Breakfast and hotel check-out.

  • Transfer from Hotel to Srinagar Airport.

  • Tour concludes.
